Coach and instructor positions available

The University of Delaware Montessori Teacher Residency (UDMTR) is a two-year school-based teacher residency that combines timely seminars, coaching, site visits.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of building a Montessori training program that supports the expansion of accessible Montessori opportunities for all children. 

COACHING POSITIONS

• Elementary-certified Montessori instructors needed to serve as on-site coaches for Montessori teaching residents in Seaford, Delaware.
• Coaches provide weekly coaching and instruction on
  the Montessori philosophy and method for a cohort of UDMTR Residents.
• Training provided.

INSTRUCTOR POSITIONS

• UDMTR seeks Elementary and Early Childhood certified Montessori Instructors for our summer program and academic year seminars.
• Instructors must have three years of teaching experience in a Montessori classroom post their certification.
