Unique 18-hour lunchtime course begins Oct. 2

The University of Delaware’s Division of Professional and Continuing Studies (UD PCS) invites staff and faculty to participate in  Introduction to Project Management for UD Employees, a weekly lunchtime program designed just for them. Beginning Oct. 2 and presented from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. over 12 consecutive Tuesdays, the unique 18-hour introductory course explores the powerful and versatile discipline of project management.

WHO: All benefited University of Delaware employees, as well as their spouses, same-sex domestic partners and dependents eligible for course fee waivers

Conducted on the Newark campus, the course covers the integration of project management processes with the global standards of the Project Management Institute®, PMBOK® Guide – Sixth Edition. Upon completion, students will be able to apply effective project management approaches to align the project lifecycle to any organization’s strategic plans.
