“I currently work as a case coordinator for Cigna and my responsibilities include communication with physicians, nurse practitioners, nursing staff and other health care professionals involved in the care of members. I act as a liaison between the member, community-based resources and health care providers, and I enjoy that I make a difference in members’ overall health. I also work as a drug and alcohol detox nurse.”
