Town halls Oct. 18 and 25
Candidates for the position of associate dean, Professional and Continuing Studies (PCS) at the University of Delaware will participate in town hall meetings on Wednesday, Oct. 18 and Wednesday, Oct. 25.
At the town halls, which will both be held from 11 a.m.-noon in Mitchell Hall, each candidate will present their vision for PCS, followed by a question-and-answer session.
Biographical information about each candidate will be available, beginning 72 hours before their town hall, to UD faculty and staff using their UDelNet ID and password at this webpage. A recording of each town hall, along with a form for submitting feedback, will be posted at the same webpage. The webpage will remain live until Nov. 1, after which the search committee will convene to review faculty, staff and student feedback and make a recommendation to the dean of the Graduate College.
Reporting to the dean of the Graduate College, the associate dean provides strategic leadership and tactical management of the Division of Professional and Continuing Studies. The division’s mission is to empower learners to achieve their educational goals throughout life.
