Tuition rates given are per credit hour. Undergraduate tuition applies to course numbers #000-499. Graduate tuition applies to course numbers #500-999. Tuition rates and fees are subject to change. Please note that non-degree students — Continuing Education Non-Degree (CEND) and Graduate College Non-Degree (GCND) — are not eligible for federal financial aid for their courses.

- Resident and nonresident rate for Graduate College Non-Degree (GCND) students—$1,069
- The University of Delaware has a single graduate tuition rate for all graduate students, both resident and nonresident. However, some colleges and degree programs offer scholarships and other funding opportunities. In addition, colleges may establish different tuition rates for specific programs.

Refund Policy for Credit Courses
Each semester, the last day to register is also the last day for free change of registration. View the current semester’s academic calendar for the applicable date each semester. Students may drop courses in UDSIS through this date and receive a full refund of tuition. No tuition refund will be made for courses dropped after that date. All students who withdraw from courses after this date will owe tuition and fees. Refund policy also applies to Carpenter Sports Facilities fees. To register for any of the noncredit courses or programs offered by the University of Delaware’s Division of Professional and Continuing studies, please view the course’s or program’s details and follow the web-based registration and checkout process, including any applicable refund policies.
